Belwood Elementary, North Heights Elementary and Seventh Street Elementary have been certified as Litter-Free Zones by the Keep Arkansas Beautiful Foundation. The schools, part of the North Little Rock School District, make a total of nine certified campuses in Pulaski County and 26 statewide.
